Exchange Policy

The exchange policy is valid for 60 days. We can only offer exchanges for items with defects in material or workmanship, not for cosmetic issues including paint and weld appearance. Damage to the item by others is excluded. To proceed with an exchange, you need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Before sending the item for exchange, please contact us via email at [email protected]. Include photos and a detailed explanation for your request.

Once we receive and examine the item, we will send you a confirmation email. Within 7 days of receipt of the item, we will inform you if your exchange request is approved.

Exchanges are only for defective items. To get the address for the exchange, email us at [email protected].

Use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance when returning the item for exchange. We cannot guarantee that we will receive it.

You are responsible for the return shipping expenses, but if the exchange is approved, we will reimburse you.

The delivery time for the exchanged product may vary depending on your location.

We are not liable for any downtime, reduced production, or revenue loss caused by an exchange. If you need the new item urgently, we can charge your payment method for its cost and send it to you. Once we receive the approved exchange item, we will credit your payment method.
